The entity providing services will be specified in your engagement agreement or invoice.

• 50% deposit required to start work
• Final payment due before delivery
• Estimates in GBP (Uk) or USD (Us) based on project scope
• Payments processed through:
  • Uk: Stripe / PayPal / Revolut
  • Us: (Future)
• All fees in GBP (Uk) or USD (Us)

• Deliverables sent via email to address provided
• Standard turnaround: 3-5 business days
• Rush services available (additional fees apply)
• Client responsible for providing complete plans

• Full refund if we fail to deliver
• Deposit non-refundable if you cancel after work has commenced
• No refunds for completed deliverables
• Disputes handled according to entity terms

• Our estimates are professional opinions
• Final bid decisions are client's responsibility
• Liability limited to amount paid for services
• Not liable for lost projects or missed opportunities
